SaaS
kymeer SaaS runs your tenant in a regional cluster in India, Singapore or the EU, behind one sign-in at app.kymeer.com, set up by your partner.
kymeer SaaS runs your tenant in a regional cluster in India, Singapore or the European Union. Everyone signs in at app.kymeer.com and is sent to the cluster that holds their tenant.
Where does my tenant run?
- India: a kymeer-operated cluster in a Tier IV data centre in India. The certifications (ISO 27001 and SOC 2) belong to the facility, not to kymeer.
- Singapore: regional Google Cloud in Singapore.
- European Union: Google Cloud in Germany, with disaster recovery in Finland.
Your partner names the region when it requests your tenant.
How is a SaaS tenant set up?
- Your partner requests a tenant for your organisation in the kymeer partner portal, stating the region, the expected daily ingest in GB/day, and whether it is a trial or production tenant.
- kymeer reviews and approves the request.
- kymeer creates the tenant with its ingest allocation and invites your administrator.
- Your administrator signs in and connects the first agents and collectors.
How do I sign in?
At app.kymeer.com, with a one-time code emailed to you and then a code from your authenticator app (TOTP). The second factor is required for every user, and recovery codes cover a lost device. kymeer has no passwords. See How you sign in.
How is my tenant kept separate?
- The server adds a tenant filter to every query; it does not rely on the browser to supply one.
- Each tenant has its own SHA-256 hash-chained audit trail.
- Provider keys, connector credentials and other secrets are stored with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption.
- Licence limits are enforced on kymeer's servers.
Can I use AI on SaaS?
The AI analyst is advisory, and every call is audited. A tenant can be given its own provider key (bring your own key), which a kymeer platform administrator sets. See AI analyst.
Who do I contact for support?
Raise tickets with your partner. Partners escalate to kymeer, which tracks the SLA on every partner ticket. If an MSSP provisioned your tenant, your tickets go to that MSSP.
